Saflok Ranks high in Hilton’s list of approved lock manufactures.

According to a very recent publication ”Under the Brand Standards for each Hilton Worldwide’s Brands, each owned, managed and franchised hotel must have locksets that are manufactured by an approved manufacturer.”

While some popular manufacturers were dropped from the Hilton’s list of approved lock manufacturers, Saflok by Kaba-Saflok, a Canadian company was ranked very high on the list of Hilton’s approved manufacturers.

This is due to Saflok’s ability to participate in Hilton’s worldwide upcoming Digital Key initiative.  This new technology allows guests to digitally check-in using their smart phones as their room keys and choose their own room.  This new technology is aimed at meeting guest’s expectations, safety for guests, reliability and ensuring a consistent experience in Hilton Hotels worldwide.
